This vineyard sits atop marnes rouge soil with southwest exposure at 300m. Manual harvesting is followed by semi-carbonic maceration for about 20 days, including 2 days of cold, pre-fermentation maceration at 12 degrees celsius. Aging occurs entirely in stainless steel for 10 months. Bottled without added sulphur.
