Pinot Noir Sous La Roche

The Pinot Noir “Sous la Roche” from Arbois-Pupillin is grown on a steep 20-degree southwest facing slope at 500 meters altitude of clay-limestone on gray marl. Entirely hand-harvested and destemmed by hand. Maceration for 15 days (including two day pre-fermentation) with no sulfites and only indigenous yeasts used. Aged in 228 liter barriques of 4 and 5 vintages-used for 12 months.
