The Ploussard “Côte de Feule” from Arbois-Pupillin is grown on a south facing slope at 300 meters altitude on deep gray marl. Entirely hand-harvested and entirely destemmed by hand. Maceration for about 12 days (including two day pre-fermentation) with no sulfites and only indigenous yeasts used. Aged in older 1300 liter barrels for 10 months.
