The wine presents a remarkably pure bouquet, showcasing a harmonious blend of red and black fruits with subtle hints of cedar and ash in the background. It unfolds gradually as it interacts with the air in the glass. On the palate, the wine is delightful, with velvety tannins, well-balanced acidity, and impressive depth. It culminates in a silky-smooth finish that caresses the palate. The vineyard, situated on sandy gravel and clay-limestone soils, spans 41 hectares and is predominantly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Carmenère. the grapes for this wine are meticulously hand-picked into 12-kilo open baskets. Following a careful hand-sorting process, the grapes are gently transferred to the vats using mobile bins. The winery, equipped with 40 vats, operates on a gravity feeding system, minimizing the need for excessive handling and pumping. This method helps preserve the integrity of the grapes, ensuring that their aromatic and flavorful qualities are retained throughout the winemaking process. After vinification, the wines are aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, half of which are new, adding complexity and structure to the final blend. ABV 13.5%
