Meticulous hand-picking ensures the selection of top-quality grapes, which undergo a controlled vinification process in various vats. The wine matures for 24 months, with partial malolactic fermentation in barrels. Noteworthy techniques include whole bunch fermentation and cap punching. ABV 13.5%
