This wine presents itself as a remarkable and distinctive expression of Cabernet Franc. It delights with its abundance of pure and ripe dark berry juice, accompanied by enticing aromas of wild plums and umami notes. On the palate, the wine showcases the ripeness of the fruit, beautifully complemented by hints of graphite and tar. It is a truly special and unique interpretation of Cabernet Franc, showcasing the character and terroir of Saint-Émilion. 4th vintage of this cru, resulting from a plot selection on our clay-limestone soils. Harvested on September 16 and 28.Vinification using native yeasts, without added sulfur or any other input. Aging for 8 months, 100% terracotta, in amphoras and jars of 160 to 750 liters to preserve the purity and brilliance of the fruit. ABV 13%
