Château Mourgues du Grès produces an intense ruby-red wine in the Costières de Nîmes appellation, crafted by winemaker François Collard. The wine exhibits enticing aromas of black berries and spice from the Syrah grape, as well as ripe red fruits from the Grenache. On the palate, it offers further flavors of peppery ripe fruits, complemented by hints of vanilla and herbs. The wine concludes with a refreshing finish, showcasing good acidity and balanced tannins. It is made from Grenache and Syrah grape varieties, cultivated on rolled pebble soils known as sandstone in the region. The maturation process takes place in vats for 9 to 12 months. ABV 14.5%
