The AOC Minervois from Le Clos du Gravillas offers a delightful experience with its fresh and sweet ripe fruit aromas on the nose, accompanied by hints of sweet spice on the palate. The wine showcases a solid mineral backbone and a silky texture that contribute to its highly accomplished character, leading to a satisfyingly lengthy finish. This limited-quantity wine is a blend of 50% Carignan and 50% Syrah, all hand-picked. After fermentation and aging in tanks for 12 months, it undergoes an additional six months of aging in bottles before being released. ABV 14%
