Côte de Brouilly

Alex Foillard's Côte de Brouilly is a smooth red wine with a remarkable range of aromas, including red fruits, hints of liquorice, and subtle vegetable notes. On the palate, it is refreshing, light, and well-balanced, showcasing wonderful acidity. The grapes for this wine come from a 1-hectare plot with diverse soil types, and the vines are between 30 to 60 years old. The wine undergoes fermentation in concrete vats with minimal pump-overs, followed by aging in the same vats for 6 months. It is then bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural character. ABV 14%
