It offer homogeneous ripeness but on different soils. It has quite an earthy, sous-bois tinged bouquet that is very well defined, the 60% whole bunches nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with a tart opening, and the 10% new oak lends discreet lift toward a persistent finish spiced with a dash of black pepper. This wine hails from a 7 plots between Vosne Romanée and Nuits Saint Georges . The spread of these plots allows for a greater terroir diversity for a more complex wine. In the cellar, the destemmed grapes are gently placed in the vat without crushing to maintain the integrity of the berries. Cold pre-fermentation occurs for a period of 3 days to a week. Minimal intervention and selective pumping over are carried out based on individual cuvée's temperature, density, and taste profile. Aged in French oak, 20% new. ABV 13%
