Medium to full-bodied, layered and fleshy, with fine depth at the core, succulent acids and a sensual, charming profile, it will offer a broad drinking window. Planted on quartz and pink granite, between 60-80 year-old vines. South facing at 310m above sea level. Whole-cluster, semi-carbonic, natural ferment. About 17 days. ABV 13%
