Rully 'Chaponnières'

This brisk and racy Rully, while enjoyable in its youth, benefits from a few months of aging to settle. Vinified and aged in barrels, including 20% new barrels, it presents aromatic and flavorful richness. It pairs perfectly with white meat, fish, and crustaceans. For those who appreciate savoring the wine on its own, it also makes an excellent aperitif. ABV 13%
