The palate achieves a harmonious blend of delicate fruit flavors, a refined creamy texture, and invigorating natural acidity. Sourced from selected Tasmanian vineyards spanning Pipers River, Tamar Valley, and Coal River Valley, this cuvée is meticulously crafted. Handpicked grapes, gentle whole bunch pressing, cool fermentation, full malolactic fermentation, intricate blending, and extended lees aging after bottle fermentation culminate in an elegantly complex wine.
