Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Radiant lemon with green hints, this wine bursts with exotic aromas of zesty lime, passionfruit, and fresh herbs. Its palate is invigorating, showcasing crisp citrus and passionfruit flavors, maintaining balance, focus, and vibrant acidity. Sourced primarily from the Opawa vineyard on Rapaura's gravel soils, the grapes were machine-harvested and gently pressed. Fermented cool with an aromatic yeast, a portion matured in oak cuvés for texture. After a brief time on yeast lees, the wine was clarified and filtered before bottling in June 2022. A refreshing and intense wine with a lingering juicy finish. ABV 12.5%
