Chablis

Remoissenet Père et Fils is renowned for producing exquisite Burgundy wines. Their Chablis, crafted from Chardonnay grapes, is a dry white wine with a distinct character. The terroir of the region lends the wine mineral and flinty nuances, while its high acidity and full-bodied nature make it refreshing and lively. With vineyard holdings in Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin, Remoissenet Père et Fils is able to produce exceptional grand cru wines, both white and red. These wines undergo aging in new French oak barrels, up to 100 percent in some cases, and the reds are left unfined and unfiltered. ABV 12.5%
