Her dress is brilliant with green gold tones. The nose is intense of fresh fruit with yellow flesh (apricot and peach), with toasted and floral notes reminiscent of hawthorn, honeysuckle and verbena. The palate is powerful, fruity and floral (verbena and acacia). Its finish is long and mineral. Vinification without sulfur for more purity and brilliance of the fruit. A slight addition at bottling ensures the stability of the wine. Vinification and aging for 12 months in vats and demi-muids. ABV 14.5%
