This Pinot Noir displays a clear ruby red color. The nose opens with fresh red berry aromas, specifically cherry, which later evolves into cherry pit and sweet spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a tender and beautifully smooth texture, with a fresh and fruity character. Delicate, embracing tannins linger on the finish. The vineyard plot, spanning 1.17 hectares, overlooks Beaune and features clay-limestone soil enriched with Grèves (small pebbles) and sand, which contributes to ripeness and elegance. After handpicking and destemming, the grapes underwent a 20-day maceration in open oak vats with regular cap punch-downs. Complete malolactic fermentation occurred, and the wine was aged entirely in oak barrels for 17 months. ABV 13%
