Le Versant

This wine exhibits an intense ruby color, showcasing its vibrant and clean nature. The taste experience is characterized by a burst of both red and black fruits, creating a delightful explosion of flavors. It boasts a well-structured tannin profile and a long-lasting finish. The blend consists mainly of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and the vineyards are situated in close proximity to the Saint-Émilion appellation on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and sorted to ensure only the finest berries are used. In the cellar, traditional vinification takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, with a prolonged maceration at high temperatures. The composition of this wine is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. ABV 14.5%
