The deep purple-black color of this wine sets the stage for a vibrant and captivating experience. Aromas of Morello cherries, black raspberries, and blackberry pie entice the senses, accompanied by hints of fragrant soil, candied violets, lavender, sandalwood, unsmoked cigars, and black olives. With a gentle coaxing, notes of cassis and licorice emerge. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and brimming with energy, unfurling layer after layer of red and black fruits intertwined with earthy nuances. The exquisitely ripe and fine-grained tannins add structure, while the finish lingers with remarkable freshness and an enchanting perfume. In the vineyard, the focus is on preserving the old vines for as long as possible, particularly the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, which is the heart and soul of the wine. The fermentation takes place in oak barrels, and the wines mature in new oak barrels for 18 to 24 months. ABV 14%
