Rully 1er Cru

Rully is a fruit-forward and elegant wine with a harmonious flavor profile and a long, full-bodied finish. It pairs well with fine cuisine and tender meats. The vineyard benefits from an east and southeast exposure, ensuring optimal sunlight exposure. The soils are characterized as very rocky brown limestone, which can contribute to the unique characteristics of the wine. The vines are managed using simple Guyot pruning techniques, and the grapes are carefully harvested and sorted by hand. The winemaking process involves direct pressing, gravity settling, and alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is then aged entirely in barrels, including a proportion of new barrels, for a duration of 18 months. Prior to bottling, a light filtration takes place to ensure clarity and stability.
