It is a feminine wine evolving slowly with notes of blossom and spice, before taking a greater density and revealing its power. Semi-continental climate with warm summers and cold winters. The Les Murgers des Dents de Chien plot has 30 year old vines. The bottom is limestone and covered with white pebbles. The manually harvested grapes are cooled after pressing and left to rest in new barrels for 48 hours. Ageing for 12 months with 20% new barrels. ABV 13%
