Domaine Chavy-Chouet

Meursault based Romaric Chavy has a lineage dating back all the way to the 14th century & took on the domaines’s 15ha of vineyard parcels in 2006 following the untimely passing of his father Hubert. Romaric was in his late teens at the time & working a harvest at Radford Dale. In recent years the the domaine has fledged from ‘rising star’ to Burgundian hot property.
The latest intake from Chavy-Chouet sees the arrival of the irresistible Bourgogne AOC wines of the domaine. They consistently overdeliver & Romaric clearly attends to these wines with the same level & dynamism as his top vineyard bottlings.
