Blackbook Winery

Kicking off in 2017, Sergio from Blackbook set out to specialise in cool-climate still wines from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir., working with vineyards in Southern England to bring back to their winery in Battersea, South London. There is no sparkling wine from these varieties as a safety net, with Sergio committed to showing the conditions of vintage in each release, come rain or shine! Essex is a county of real interest with this wine coming in from the coastal peninsula. Unusually for England, this special vineyard is planted to Burgundy clones (115 & 777).
