The wine is a harmonious blend of 36% Mourvèdre, 32% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, and 7% Clairette. Its soft, ochre-tinged color reflects the sun-soaked Provençal countryside. The wine offers a delightful combination of fruit, spice, and citrus peel, with a well-balanced and structured character. The estate, covering 12 hectares, practices organic and quasi-biodynamic farming, with a vineyard composition of approximately 50% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache, and the remaining Cinsault, Carignan, Rolle, and Clairette. The ancient soils are mainly clay-limestone, with a portion consisting of red clay sandstone and white limestone and sand. All grapes are hand-harvested, and the juice is obtained through direct pressing with a brief 2-hour maceration for the rosé. Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation may or may not take place depending on the vintage. ABV 13%
