Floral and garrigue aromas add complexity to the wine, while its round and juicy mouthfeel is supported by elegantly structured tannins. Cultivated with certified organic practices, the grapes were hand-harvested and underwent careful vinification. Destemming was done for 90% of the berries, followed by a six-month maceration period in tinajas, traditional clay amphoras. Natural fermentations with indigenous yeasts and gentle punching down further enhanced the wine's character. ABV 14%
