This white wine has a nice light color. It features an elegant citrus bouquet with hints of salinity. On the palate, it exhibits good tension and minerality, characteristic of the Pernand-Vergelesses appellation. The wine has a pleasing intensity and a good length in the finish. The plot is situated on the top of a hillside facing South-West. The soil composition consists of clay, limestone, and some white marls. The vineyard covers an area of 1 hectare, with an average vine age of 25 years. The average production is around 5,000 bottles. The harvest is conducted manually with careful sorting. The vinification process involves traditional fermentation in oak barrels, and the wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation.
