Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine

For Burgundy enthusiasts, top exponents of Pernand-Vergelesses represent one of the great buys for Chardonnay & increasingly for Pinot Noir. It’s a pretty village in the Côtes de Beaune, in a steeply banked, canyon like setting between valleys. Standing guard over the village is the hill of Corton.
One of the appellations best known producers, Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine is an exciting new addition to the Burgundy portfolio of Radford Dale Imports, & another piece of the jigsaw puzzle filled. It is family run since 1879 & led today by Christine Grure-Dubreuil & her daughter Clémentine. Christine was Alex Dale’s first intern whilst working with the Drouhin family back in 1988.
