This Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage offers a deep and complex profile, featuring wild game, black pepper, and ripe red and black fruits. The vintage's character shines through with fleshiness and ripeness, complemented by a fresh acidity derived from cool nights during the growing season. Made from grapes grown at "Les Chênes Verts," half of the harvest is destemmed while the rest is vinified in whole bunches. The wine undergoes a six-day vatting process in concrete vats and is aged for eight months in 40-hectoliter wooden vats, resulting in a nuanced, energetic, and pure wine. ABV 14%
