Domaine des Lises

Whilst overseeing the wines at Domaine Alain Graillot, Maxime Graillot took the decision to split his time between the family domaine & a new venture in Domaine des Lises. Again, sourcing top vineyard sites in Crozes-Hermitage & pursuing organic viticulture. Maxime works with a lower component of whole-cluster fermentation (around 30% compared to 100%) than at Domaine Alain Graillot (his father’s trademark), so whilst the wines exhibit a similar exuberance, they typically promote greater fruit concentration.
